1- Do not eat, drink, smoke, or chew gum for at least 30 minutes before collecting your sample.
2- Open the kit and take out the saliva collection tube.
3- Fill the tube to the marked line with saliva (not bubbles).
4- Close the funnel lid firmly to release the stabilizing liquid.
5- Seal the tube, place it into the biohazard bag, and put it back into the return packaging.
6- Return the sample using the included shipping method.

A saliva sample is all we need to process your DNA.
